Pricing

Pricing subject to changes at time of website pricing, with prices fluctuating for PC parts due to supply and demand for all companies, prices will be updated accordingly and we will update the website with accordance to stay competitive and inline with current pc hardware costs

Warranty, Returns & Repairs

All parts will be covered under standard warranties from the supplier, all returns and repairs will be carried out by Bonus Level and the supplier of the PC parts

Any physical damage on hardware and components will not be covered under warranty and therefore not subject to a refund

All returns on computers will need to be at own cost of the customer or dropped off at a designated location for Bonus Level to collect

Change of Mind Policy

There will be a 7 day change of mind period, if you are not happy with the computer or there are any issues you can return the computer at your own cost for a full refund.

Parts Used

Parts used will be subject to availability at the time of quote and to match the prices specified, will endeavor when we can to use the best brands and parts available

There will not be any spare or second hand parts used, unless specified and agreed on beforehand
